By a comfortable aeroexpress, you arrive to Sheremetyevo airport. Upon arrival to the sheltered all-weather platform, you appear in the spacious light gallery and passing by the displays of shops and cafes you get to the AeroCity hall equipped with lifts and escalators.
By using a lift or an escalator, you find yourself at the entrance to the AeroCity Sheremetyevo conference-hall located in the fifth floor.  Communicable administrators will meet you in the hall and invite to get a look over the hall.
The fashionable conference-hall is designed for 200 persons. The hall is equipped with modern audio and video equipment. Here you may arrange business meetings of any format: negotiations, conferences, presentations and press briefings, as well as arrange a banquet for participants of your event. Depending on the furniture arrangement, the hall can be transformed to suit the character and objectives of the event. The characteristic feature of the hall is the maximum variability of guests’ seating, in compliance with major rules and requirements and your personal desires taken into account.

The AeroCity is located in Sheremetyevo airport, in the territory of the international terminal, 30 minutes’ way from Savelovsky station, with which it is connected by the direct railway line. Under one roof, there are railway platforms, cafes and shops, a hotel and a business center. The pedestrian gallery connects the Terminal with the airport. Modern comfortable trains of AERO generation run between Moscow and the AeroCity.
